The more silly it is the more changes is has to get used. A SimCity 4 (SC4) Mod in the Other/Misc category, submitted by Ghost1696255 Roads and Highways pack v a small mod made by me yeah i know that short for. Several BATters, LOTters and modders reside here, taking their time while doing what they are doing. I was looking towards getting the NAM mod on this but I cant really do it without knowing where to put it.
